The session sparked brilliant responses from students, fostering self-awareness and emotional growth essential for personal and professional success. ORIC Federal Urdu University FUUAST, organized a Session on “Employability Skills” delivered by Shahzaib Raees – Career Coach on
17th April 2025 at Islamabad campus

Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Zabita Khan Shinwari encouraged the successful students of the ORIC Teachers Assistant Internship Program by giving them certificates.

While addressing the ceremony, Professor Dr. Zabita Khan Shinwari stated that the purpose of the internship is to provide students with opportunities for a better future. He advised the students to work hard and stay committed to their academic fields, and to actively participate in workshops, seminars, and other educational programs.

He reaffirmed that in the future, steps would be taken to provide research and learning opportunities in collaboration with international universities for both faculty and students.

World Environment Day celebrated by ORIC

On the occasion of World Environment Day celebrated worldwide on June 5, Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh has said in his message that trees are the guarantor of our life. that more and more trees should be planted to reduce the air density, if every Pakistani plants at least one plant under your help to increase the number of trees, then Pakistan can become a green Pakistan. Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh said that today we all have to take a pledge to actively participate in the national duty of planting trees to keep our land green.

In this regard The Nature Watch Club (NWC) in collaboration with ORIC of
Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences & Technology organized a Plant Drive and Environmental Walk to raise awareness about the environmental conservation.
