Introduction

The Department of Business Administration evening, Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology established in the year 2005 have been instrumental in providing candidates with thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of business. The B.B.A. (four years) ,M.B.A. (3.5 years) and EMBA(weekend) programs are structured on team based learning, class presentations, ca se studies, field research reports and other reference materials, to combine academic theory with practical problems. To update the students, seminars and workshops on current economic and business issues are also organized in the department. These methods of study not only provide excel in personal development but also prepare the students to accept future challenges in the fast growing corporate world. It is for these reasons that the B.B.A. And MBA degree holders from the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology have been well received by the national and international commercial concerns in and outside the world.

  • BBA 4 years
  • MBA 3.5 years
  • EMBA 2 years (Weekend)

 

BBA 4 years

BBA 4 years program comprises of   8 semester, 6 courses per semester with 3 credit hours each. Specialization in marketing, finance, management and HR offered in last two semesters.

 

MBA 3.5 years

It comprises of 35 courses,5 per semester with 3 credit hours each. Specialization in marketing, finance, management and HR offered in last two semesters.

 

Executive MBA

The Executive MBA is a 66 credit hour program offered on weekends mainly for the senior and mid-career professionals of corporate, banks, and Public sectors. Executive MBA offers a range of electives catering to the needs of corporate managers, bankers and Public sector officials. The structure of EMBA consists of 18 core courses and 4 electives of three credit hours each in Marketing, Finance, HR and Management.

In the future, the department will offer Supply chain Management as an elective.

Experienced and highly motivated permanent faculty members and executives from corporate are invited for teaching as a visiting faculty basis provide students with clear path to excel in career

Workshops and Seminar are conducted on regular basis to develop learning capabilities in student and goes beyond the traditional and conventional means of teaching.
