Programs Offered

  1. B.Ed. (4 Years)
    • Designed for students entering the teaching profession directly after intermediate studies.
    • Combines a strong foundation in educational theory with practical training to produce competent and reflective educators.
  2. B.Ed. (2.5 Years)
    • Tailored for individuals who hold a bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in any discipline.
    • Focuses on advanced pedagogy, curriculum design, and subject specialization for professional growth.
  3. B.Ed. (1.5 Years)
    • For candidates with a master’s degree (16 years of education) or an equivalent qualification in any discipline.
    • Provides an accelerated pathway for advanced training and certification in teaching.

Eligibility Criteria

Program Eligibility Requirements
B.Ed. (4 Years) – Intermediate (F.A./F.Sc./I.Com./ICS or equivalent) with at least 2nd Division from a recognized board.
B.Ed. (2.5 Years) – Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) with at least 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized institution.
B.Ed. (1.5 Years) – Master’s degree (16 years of education) or equivalent with at least 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized institution.

Dr. Shazada Khurram Khan Alwi

Dr. Shazada Khurram Khan Alwi is a dedicated academic and researcher currently serving as the Head of the Department of Teacher Education and Deputy Director of Quality Enhancement (Affiliated Colleges) at the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology (FUUAST). With a Ph.D. in Education, an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and multiple certifications, including Google Project Management, Dr. Alwi brings a diverse skill set to his roles.

He is an HEC-approved Ph.D. supervisor, having guided over 10 Ph.D. and 40 M.Phil./MBA students to successful completion. He has authored more than 60 research papers in education, leadership and governance, organizational development  and Management and presented his work at global forums like the World Congress on Education (WCE-2024) at Churchill College, University of Cambridge.

Dr. Alwi is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Social Science and Entrepreneurship and Editor of the Voyage Journal of Educational Studies (HEC Y-category). He actively contributes to advancing academic excellence through research, journal indexing workshops, and training on innovative teaching methods.
