We are proud to share a historic milestone for the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology (FUUAST) — for the first time in its journey, FUUAST has been recognized in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2025!

This global recognition is a testament to the university’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, sustainability, and social responsibility. The THE Impact Rankings evaluate universities against the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a benchmark for institutions striving to make a global difference.

In our very first application to these prestigious rankings, FUUAST submitted data across four key SDGs:

  • SDG 4: Quality Education
  • SDG 5: Gender Equality
  • SDG 13: Climate Action
  • SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals

Thanks to the strategic vision of our Honorable Vice Chancellor and the hard work of our dedicated team, FUUAST proudly secured:

  • #73 position in Pakistan
  • Placement in the 1501+ global band

This remarkable debut underscores FUUAST’s potential and growing international footprint. Despite the challenges of first-time participation and complex data requirements, the result affirms that FUUAST is on the right path — actively contributing to sustainable development and academic innovation.

We extend heartfelt thanks to the Honorable Minister, Chairman HEC, and esteemed members of Parliament for their continued support and encouragement.

This is just the beginning. With renewed determination, we aim even higher for the coming years!
