Schedule Regarding Verification of Laptop scheme Phase III (16 years of study)

• BS (16 years of study) students have to come on mentioned dates
• Venue (Atta-ur-Rehman Hall, Sc. Block Gulshan campus Karachi)
• Mention requirements must be match with the data, given to HEC; other wise documents will not be verified according to HEC rule.
• Documents Required for verification:
• CNIC (original with three photocopies)
• Enrolment card   (original with three photocopies)
• Marksheet performa (original with three photocopies)
• University ID Card (original with three photocopies)
• Affidavit (original )
• Following documents must be endorsed by your H.O.D’s signature and stamp.
