Major Functions
- be the administrative head of secretariat of the University and be responsible for the position of secretariat support to the Authorities of the University.
- be the custodian of common seal and academic records of the University.
- maintain a register of registered graduates in prescribed manner.
- conduct elections of members to the varius authorities in the prescribed manner and.
- perform such other duties as may be prescribed
