Schedule Regarding Verification of Laptop scheme Phase IV (18 years of study)

• Following Documents Required for verification:
• CNIC (original with three photocopies)
• Enrolment card (original with three photocopies)
• Marksheet Performa (original with three photocopies)
• University ID Card (original with three photocopies)
• Affidavit (original )
• GRMC letter                     (original with three photocopies)
• Following documents must be endorsed by your H.O.D’s signature and stamp.

BS (18 years of study) students have to come on mentioned dates.

• Above mentioned requirements must be matched with the data, given to HEC; otherwise, documents will not be verified according to HEC rule.
